Thursday (Sept. 16th) I took Sarah to the doctor for her 2 month check-up and shots. She weighs 11 lbs, 10 oz and is 24 & 1/4 inches long. The doctor says she is in the 75th percentile for weight, and the 100th percentile for height in her age bracket!!! She is definitely her daddy's little, I mean, BIG girl!! She is starting to be awake a lot more, smiling and socializing with whomever will give her attention. She loves to watch the mobil in her crib. Sometimes she'll cry during her daytime naptime, just to get me to come and wind up her mobil. Sometimes in the middle of the night I'll hear her making noise; not crying, but just breathing fast and kicking and making squeaky noises. I'll go in to check on her and she'll be smiling at her night light or her mobil. She's such a happy girl!

Sarah was blessed at church on Sunday, September 12, 2004. This was the 3rd try, since the first two times we scheduled her blessing we had hurricanes come through. She is 8 weeks old now. This is the gorgeous white dress that her cousin, Rebekah Wyrick, let her borrow.

Getting ready to go to church.

Strike a pose!

On mom and dad's bed.

These are our friends from the singles ward (all of them married now) who came to participate in Sarah's blessing. L to R - Jeff Huling, Dave Couch, Sean Reiman, Melissa and Chris "Sugga" Baldwin, Cyndy and Sarah, Shane, Dana and Valerie Reiman.

This is the family who came over to Grandma and Grandpa's house for lunch after church. Lisa Alvarado is taking the picture.

Stacey is a proud aunt (she needs to have another one of her own!!)

Uncle Jesse is teaching Sarah to play the drums.

After drumming lessons comes singing lessons.

No teeth yet!

Okay, I'm starting to get a little tired now.

Too much action! It's time to zonk out on Grandma Suzie.

When we finally got her home into her crib, she decided it was time to play.

Happy Girl!
