Road Trip to Georgia

This week Grandma Suzie and Cyndy took Sarah and Jason to Georgia to visit Shalene and her girls and help them get things ready to come spend the summer in Orlando while Dale is in Ranger School. The 6-hour drive took 8 or 9 hours on the way up because we were dealing with 2 babies eating and diaper schedules. On the way back we had 4 babies to coordinate (actually two toddlers and two infants). It was a crazy interesting trip, but it was fun. We are glad to be home and settled down again. Here are a few pictures from the trip.

Camping out on the livingroom floor!

The Pack n Play was full of pillows, so the girls had a good time jumping in and out of it.

I couldn't resist the bare bum shots - I hope these aren't too offensive to anyone. Spending a few days with Rebekah has been good for Sarah. She taught her how to be a little more adventurous, including how to climb up into baby Leah's crib!

Into the crib!

Grandma Suzie is trying to get the girls to pose for a picture, but they just want to copy everything she does.

Here are the cute cousins in their matching outfits with Grammer Suzie (or "juicy" as Sarah sometimes calls her).

Sarah LOVES her cousin Rebekah! She kept hugging her while we were at their house the last few days. Sometimes Rebekah would smile, but as you can see here, sometimes she just wanted a break.

Baby Leah, sound asleep on her mother's lap.

TYLER HAS BRACES!! He was excited to finally get them on last week, and show all his friends at school. With his long hair hanging in his eyes and braces, he reminds me a lot of his cousin, Amber.

Jason has been getting a lot stronger and more social these days. Anytime someone looks in his car seat at him and smiles he smiles right back!

Easter Sunday with Grandma Suzie and Grandpa Frank. I asked Tyler if he wanted to help hide Easter eggs for Sarah, but he wanted to find them (he's not ready to give up that part of his childhood yet), so mom and dad did all the hiding.
